Made from a mash bill of 70% corn, 15% rye, 5% wheat and 5% barley—all sourced from our own ag-riculture-rich backyard of Yolo County California. Our proofing and bottling water is filtered rainwater collected from beautiful Lake Berryessa just up the hills from the distillery. The whiskey is aged not less than two years in new barrels of seasoned & charred American white oak. Toasted caramel and corn notes dominate the front, with a rye-spice hinted sweet and long finish.
