The 2024 Birthday Bourbon continues this storied tradition, offering a snapshot of what master distillers Chris Morris and Jackie Zykan's successors have been quietly aging to perfection. No blending across days, no averaging out — just one day's barrels, bottled as-is.
The 2024 release pours with deep amber clarity and opens on the nose with ripe stone fruit, brown butter, and toasted vanilla. The palate is rich and full — dark cherry, caramel toffee, cinnamon spice, and a hint of dried apricot — with a finish that is long, smooth, and gently warming. Each vintage tells its own story, and 2024 is no exception.
