Cask Strength. Non-Chill Filtered. No Water Added.

Nulu Bourbon Uncut is the most powerful expression from Louisville's Nulu Bourbon — a cask strength, non-chill filtered straight bourbon whiskey that delivers the full, uncompromised intensity of the Nulu house style. No water added, no chill filtration — just the pure, rich character of carefully selected barrels married together without dilution to achieve a robust, balanced, and deeply satisfying cask strength expression. Proof varies by batch, making each release a unique snapshot of the barrels selected.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Rich caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak with warm baking spice and the amplified intensity of cask strength bottling
  • Palate: Full-bodied and robust — caramel, dark sugar, baking spice, and well-integrated oak with the non-chill filtered depth that only uncut bourbon can deliver
  • Finish: Long and powerful with lingering spice, caramel, and a satisfying cask strength close
