Toasted French Oak Staves. Dessert-Forward. Chase Hazelbaker.

Nulu Bourbon is a Louisville craft brand founded by Chase Hazelbaker — dedicated to producing small batch bourbons with genuinely distinctive finishing techniques. The French Oak Small Batch uses toasted French oak staves with specific flavor profiles inserted directly into the barrels to fine-tune each batch, imparting a dessert-forward complexity that sets it apart from conventional American oak bourbons. The result is a decadent, layered expression with the kind of profile that rewards the patient sipper.
