Michter’s might be my favorite distillery. Their lower entry proof means they add less water to get down to this proof point and, to me, that is a reason for the flavor. This is all caramel, vanilla, and baking spice. A bourbon I would use to get friends into bourbon, or enjoy a sip full of flavor when not wanting proof.
