Kentucky Craft. White Corn. Pre-Prohibition Style. Barrel Proof.

MB Roland Distillery is a small craft operation in Pembroke, Kentucky — one of the state's most authentic farm distilleries, using local food-grade white corn and bottling their bourbon at distillation and barrel proof in the style of a pre-Prohibition bourbon. Each batch is a blend of 5 to 10 barrels, hand-labeled, numbered, and individually proofed — typically coming in between 105 and 115 proof. The result is a unique, very full-flavored whiskey with genuine Kentucky craft character and the kind of transparency that's rare in the industry.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Bold white corn, caramel, and toasted oak with warm baking spice and a full-proof intensity
Palate: Full-flavored and distinctive — white corn sweetness, brown sugar, baking spice, and well-integrated oak at barrel proof strength
Finish: Long and warming with lingering corn, spice, and a satisfying pre-Prohibition style close
