Made with a selection of mature agaves that are cooked in brick ovens and double distilled to reach the perfect taste, Mandala Añejo is then aged for 24 months in Sherry Cask barrels — an extended aging period that helps achieve an exquisite body of unequaled flavor. The Sherry cask influence imparts rich, complex notes of dried fruit, nuts, and warm spice to the natural agave sweetness.
