At Casa San Matías, in Oaxaca, Mexico, the Villarreal family honors centuries-old distilling traditions with their exquisite Los Vecinos del Campo mezcals. Generations of families in the surrounding villages work as neighbors to create these artisanal, sophisticated, yet wild mezcals.
