Lagg Distillery is the newest distillery on the Isle of Arran — opened in 2019 on the island's southern tip, specifically to produce the heavily peated single malt that the island's original distillery doesn't make. Named for the ancient village that surrounds it, Lagg is dedicated entirely to peated whisky, drawing on Arran's pure water and coastal air to create a spirit of genuine character and distinction. The Kilmory Edition is the distillery's signature expression: a richly peated island single malt that showcases Lagg's bold, smoky character at its most rewarding.
