Our “high rye” bourbon is made from Midwestern-grown corn, rye grain and malted barley. We start with a 500-gallon wash, that is Double pot distilled, with meticulous cuts for heads, hearts and tails. After the spirit run, we proof down to 116 proof, and age for a minimum of two years.
