“Jetty Barrel” Small Batch Bourbon will reward your palate with a most unexpectedly smooth greeting. With a mashbill of 80% Woodland sweet corn and 20% malted barley from Sacramento, we have created a true Northern California whiskey. We craft the entire distillation process in our Princeton Harbor distillery. From grinding the grain each morning and keeping a watchful eye on our 53 gallon pot still, we pay close attention to this process from start to finish. Due to its limited production, we exclusively offer single barrel bottlings of Jetty Barrel Bourbon in 375ml glass.
