The Jaune (yellow) expression is the lighter, more approachable of the two Izarra styles, made from 16 plants and spices macerated in Armagnac and blended with honey. Sweeter and more floral than the Verte, it delivers the warmth and herbal character of the Basque tradition in a more accessible format.
