The Cask Strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon, created in collaboration with the revered HINE Cognac house. This year’s Cask Strength continues the acclaimed series that began in 2022. The 2025 bottling was aged 5 years, 8 months, before finishing in 30-Year-Old HINE Cognac XO barrels for an additional 1 year, 10 months, in Bardstown, KY. 

In a new twist for 2025, HIRSCH bottled this release as 10 single barrels, resulting in four unique proofs: 116, 115, 114, and 112.
