Craft Cask Strength, Single Barrel — Hinterhaus Calaveras Batch 22

Hinterhaus Distilling is a craft distillery producing bold, uncompromising American whiskey. The Calaveras Cask Strength Single Barrel Reserve is their flagship expression — a single barrel bourbon bottled at full cask strength without chill filtration, delivering the raw, uncut character of a single exceptional barrel. Batch 22 represents another carefully selected cask from their reserve program.

Palate: Full-bodied and layered. Caramel, vanilla, and oak interplay with a warming spice and a depth that speaks to single barrel cask strength selection.
Finish: Long and warming. Oak and caramel linger with a bold, craft close.
