Twelve Years of Fukuoka Craft — Hakata Sherry Cask

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Rich and fruity. Sherry-driven dried fruit leads with vanilla, a gentle oak influence, and a warm, inviting character.
  • Palate: Smooth and fruit-forward. Sherry fruit and whisky sweetness interplay with a gentle spice and a clean, satisfying finish.
  • Finish: Medium and warming. Dried fruit and vanilla linger with a satisfying, sherry-influenced close.
