Sherry Wood at Its Finest

If the GlenAllachie 12 Year Old makes the case for exceptional cask selection, the 15 Year Old proves it beyond doubt. Three additional years in Billy Walker's hand-selected sherry wood casks have transformed the spirit into something of extraordinary richness and depth — an intense mahogany hue that speaks of the sherry influence before a single drop has been tasted. This is a whisky of sheer indulgence: layered, complex, and bottled at 46% without added colouring or chill filtration, so every note of cinnamon, orange zest, and dark chocolate arrives exactly as nature and the cask intended.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Intense and opulent — cinnamon, orange zest, and a rich sherry sweetness with layers of vanilla toffee, dark chocolate, and warm dried fruit
Palate: Full-bodied and indulgent — dark chocolate, candied orange peel, and a warming spice that builds beautifully over a foundation of deep sherry oak richness
Finish: Long and warming with lingering chocolate, orange, and a smooth, dignified sherry oak warmth that fades gracefully
