The original mezcal style apple brandy. This hybrid spirit is smokey and oily like Mezcal, but fruitier and light, like an apple eau de vie. Fermented on smoked apple peels, it is proofed to 100 proof with distillate, not water, creating a wildly complex combination of two great distilling traditions.
