This grain-to-glass operation ensures complete control over quality from field to bottle. Continuously distilled in a custom 3-tower Vendome still and aged for four years in new charred American oak, this bourbon is bottled without chill-filtration and cut to 90 proof (45% ABV) using pristine snow-melt water from the Sierra Nevada mountains.
