Winner of a 2020 Whiskies of the World Gold Medal, this bourbon is crafted entirely on-site from non-GMO grains grown sustainably on the Frey family's Nevada ranch—corn, winter rye, winter wheat, and two-row barley.
This grain-to-glass operation ensures complete control over quality from field to bottle. Continuously distilled in a custom 3-tower Vendome still and aged for four years in new charred American oak, this bourbon is bottled without chill-filtration and cut to 90 proof (45% ABV) using pristine snow-melt water from the Sierra Nevada mountains.
