Built from eight batches of eight carefully selected barrels, this barrel-strength bourbon pairs the plush, rounded sweetness of wheat with the structure and depth developed through extended maturation in Kentucky.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Crème brûlée, baked pear, brown butter, honeyed pastry, toasted pecan, and cinnamon.
Palate: Dark caramel, maple, butterscotch, baked cherry, soft baking spice, leather, and dark chocolate, with a creamy texture.
Finish: Long and warming, with vanilla custard, toasted oak, and lingering gentle spice.
