Eden Mill is one of Scotland's most exciting new distilleries — the first distillery to open in St Andrews in over 150 years, combining a craft brewery and distillery on the banks of the River Eden in Fife. The Guard Bridge is the distillery's blended malt expression, named for the historic bridge that has stood near the distillery site since the 13th century. A blend of carefully selected single malts, it captures the fresh, coastal character of Fife in an approachable and genuinely distinctive dram.
