13 Years in Oak. Finished in Gascony. Two Traditions, One Bottle.

Doc Holliday 13 Year Bourbon Finished in Armagnac Cask is a bold collision of American whiskey tradition and the storied brandy country of Gascony, France. Thirteen years of maturation in new charred American oak produce a bourbon of remarkable depth and authority — then a finishing period in Armagnac casks introduces a layer of complexity that is wholly its own. Armagnac, France's oldest distilled spirit, leaves a distinctive imprint: dried stone fruit, floral elegance, and a subtle earthiness that intertwines with the bourbon's classic caramel and spice backbone.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Dried apricot, prune, toasted oak, and a delicate floral lift underpinned by warm vanilla and brown sugar
Palate: Rich and layered — candied stone fruit, dark toffee, clove, and a subtle earthiness from the Armagnac cask balanced by a firm oak structure
Finish: Long and refined with lingering dried fruit, baking spice, dark chocolate, and a whisper of brandy sweetness
