Clyde May's is named for the legendary Alabama moonshiner whose apple-brandy-finished whiskeys became the stuff of Southern folklore. The Cask Strength 9 Year Rye is their most serious expression — nine years of patient aging, bottled without dilution, delivering the full power and complexity of the barrel.
