Cenote Tequila Reposado — named for the sacred underground sinkholes of the Yucatán Peninsula — takes the lively, citrus-forward character of the Blanco and ages it for three months in American oak barrels. The result is a golden straw-colored reposado with a balance of vanilla and wood on the nose, and a round, harmonious palate of vanilla, wood, spice, and green vegetable.
The three-month rest adds warmth and depth without overwhelming the fresh agave character that defines the Cenote style — a reposado of genuine balance and approachability.
