Cenote Tequila Añejo is a rich, complex expression inspired by the sacred cenotes of the Yucatán Peninsula — the natural sinkholes that were revered by the ancient Maya as portals to the underworld and sources of life. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave and aged for one year in American oak barrels, Cenote Añejo develops a rich amber color with good legs, and a smoked, woody nose with vanilla, spice, and chocolate on the palate. The complex spirit balances the flavors present in the Yucatán Peninsula terrain — a tequila that is as deeply rooted in Mexican culture as the cenotes that inspired it.
