Small craft distillery out of Iowa that does it right. A great pour for the price as well. Barrel proof at 116 proof, this is a sweet pour with all the classic bourbon notes of caramel and vanilla and baking spices. For me, the spice doesn’t come through until the finish which is long and warm. I always have a bottle of this on my bar!
