Cascahuín Tequila is produced at Destilería Cascahuín in El Arenal, Jalisco — one of the most respected traditional distilleries in the Tequila Valley, operated by the Rosales family since 1956. The Blanco is the purest expression of the Cascahuín philosophy: made from 100% Blue Weber agave using traditional lowland production methods, including tahona stone crushing and open-air fermentation in wooden vats.

Earthy, vegetal, and deeply expressive of the Tequila Valley terroir, Cascahuín Blanco is a benchmark for the lowland style — a tequila that serious enthusiasts seek out for its authenticity and complexity.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Earthy agave, black pepper, roasted vegetal notes, and citrus
  • Palate: Bold and complex — lowland agave character, mineral earthiness, herbs, and spice
  • Finish: Long and distinctive with lingering agave and pepper
