Burning Chair Bourbon is the whiskey expression of Dave Phinney — the celebrated winemaker behind Orin Swift and Savage & Cooke — and it showcases his obsessive approach to barrel selection applied to American bourbon. Each barrel is hand-selected by Phinney for its unique attributes, with the youngest bourbon in the blend at four years old. Tiny lots are sourced from Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee, with each barrel bringing something special to the final blend. Intense, expressive, and built with a winemaker's palate.
