ArteNOM Blanco 1579 is produced by master distiller Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo Distillery in Jesús María, Jalisco — the same distillery behind Pasote and G4. The 1579 expression showcases the distinctive highland terroir of El Pandillo: mature Blue Weber agave grown at high elevation, fermented with rainwater collected on-site, and distilled in copper pot stills.
Where ArteNOM 1123 represents the lowland Tequila Valley style, 1579 is the highland counterpart — sweeter, more floral, and deeply expressive of the Los Altos terroir. A benchmark for understanding how geography shapes tequila character.
