This Rye Whiskey is a true small-batch whiskey twice distilled in direct-fire, traditional copper alembic pot stills from a rye malt mash composed of 78% rye and 22% aromatic malted barley. Each batch is aged for a minimum of 18 months in heavy charred, new American White Oak barrels.
