Named for the year Kentucky achieved statehood, 1792 Bourbon carries the weight of history in every bottle — and the craft to back it up. Small Batch is the flagship expression from Barton 1792 Distillery, a marriage of hand-selected barrels united by a signature high-rye mash bill that sets it apart from the sweeter, corn-forward bourbons that dominate the category.

The result is a bourbon of genuine character: brash enough to command attention, yet balanced enough to reward the slow sip. Unmistakable rye spice weaves through layers of sweet caramel and vanilla, creating a profile that is simultaneously bold and refined — the kind of bourbon that earns a permanent spot on the shelf.

The nose opens with warm caramel, toasted oak, and a hint of dried fruit. On the palate, rye spice takes center stage alongside brown sugar, vanilla cream, and a touch of dark cherry. The finish is medium-long, warming, and pleasantly dry — a hallmark of the high-rye recipe.

Excellent neat, on the rocks, or in a classic Manhattan or Old Fashioned. An outstanding value in the premium bourbon category and a go-to for those who prefer spice over sweetness.
