The Deep — A Bourbon That Commands Attention

The Reveries The Deep Bourbon French Oak is a striking expression from a craft distillery unafraid to push boundaries. Finished in French oak barrels, this high-proof bourbon delivers a rich, complex character that rewards the patient sipper. At 57.65% ABV, it's a bold pour that opens beautifully with a splash of water or a single cube.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Dark caramel, toasted French oak, dried cherry, and a hint of vanilla bean with subtle spice
Palate: Full-bodied and warming — layers of baking chocolate, charred oak, brown sugar, and ripe stone fruit with a peppery backbone
Finish: Long and lingering with oak tannins, dark chocolate, and a gentle warmth that fades slowly
