Fortaleza Blanco is a benchmark of traditional tequila-making, produced at La Fortaleza distillery in Tequila, Jalisco — one of the few remaining distilleries still using a stone tahona wheel to crush roasted agave. Every bottle is a direct expression of the land, the plant, and generations of the Sauza family's dedication to doing things the old way, on purpose.
