Unwind Bottle Shop Mobile Terms of Service

The Unwind Bottle Shop mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by River N Field Inc. (“Unwind Bottle Shop,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Eligibility and consent
Our alcohol-related SMS marketing program is intended only for adults age 21 or older in the United States. You must be at least 21 to sign up and complete any age-verification steps required for the program.
By consenting to Unwind Bottle Shop’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Unwind Bottle Shop through your wireless provider at the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include new product announcements, specials, cart reminders, and other marketing offers. Depending on the program features and your applicable consent, messages may also include service-related updates, alerts, order information, or account information.
You do not have to sign up for this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Unwind Bottle Shop. Participation is completely voluntary.
Message frequency and carrier charges
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for charges and fees imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.
Opting out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to an Unwind Bottle Shop text message using the sending number from which you received it, or by using an unsubscribe link in a message where available. You may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text. No further promotional messages will be sent to your mobile device after your opt-out, unless initiated by you or otherwise permitted by law. If you have subscribed to other Unwind Bottle Shop mobile message programs, you may need to opt out of those separately following their instructions, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to sending numbers
We may change any short code or telephone number used to operate the Service and will notify you of these changes. Messages sent to a discontinued sending number, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received. Please contact us by email if you need assistance with your preferences.
Carrier and delivery limitations
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If your mobile number changes, you must sign up again for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, errors in such information, or actions taken or not taken in reliance on the information or Service.
