Paper Plane Cocktail Kit

The Paper Plane is a modern classic cocktail invented by bartender Sam Ross in 2008. It is a balanced, bittersweet drink made with equal parts bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and fresh lemon juice. The cocktail is an orange-hued riff on the Prohibition-era "Last Word" cocktail, replacing gin with bourbon.
