For shipping customers, we will follow up at our earliest convenience to schedule a phone call to discuss further details to do a bag reveal through video chat or another suitable option.

For online and in-store pick up, please pickup your bag within the event month so we can conclude on time. Please provide an approximate pick up date and time so we can make sure we have staff available to assist you.

For online and in-store pick up, Store Credit must be used the same day as your pickup. For shipping, Store Credit must be used the same day as your bag reveal through video chat, video message, or other option.
